Photoshop Classroom: Photoshop Tutorial: Create A Stylish Mouse Iconeee

Hi friends, today is a special occasion wondering what, today is the 22 birth day of Photoshop. Today in this Photoshop tutorial you will see how to create a computer mouse. This tutorial will cover some basics of Photoshop. With easy and simple steps you will learn to create some beautiful objects, all you need is some practice. Ok let’s now move on to the tutorial.

STEP-1 Open a new document with width and height of 500 pixels.

STEP-2 Using the pen tool, to bring in the pen tool press ‘P’ for short cut, and draw a shape as you see below.

STEP-3 Double click on this layer and apply some layer style values. Here I have used inner glow and gradient overlay.

STEP-4 Again pick up the pen tool from the tools palette or just press P, and draw a shape with color code # 191b1e similar to how I have done below.

STEP-5 Double click on this layer and give some stroke values to this shape.

STEP-6 Using the rectangle tool draw a thin vertical shape as below. With color black.

STEP-7 Using the rounded rectangle tool with radius of 10 cm draw a shape with color code # 5d5b5b as you see below, this is for the scroll wheel of the mouse.

STEP-8 Here in this step we will give some Gaussian blur to this shape. To do that go to filter menu> Blur> Gaussian Blur and set the radius to 1.4.

STEP-9 Now again draw a similar shape with the rounded rectangle tool with the same color code as given in step -7.

STEP-10 Double click on this layer and apply inner shadow layer style.

STEP-11 Again with the help of rounded rectangle tool draw a shape as you see below. Double click on this layer and apply inner shadow and gradient overlay layer style values.

STEP-12 Pick up the pen tool and draw small curves upon the scroll wheel.

STEP-13 Using the pen tool draw a similar shape with the color code # ffffff. Once done, go to filter menu> Blur > Gaussian Blur and set the radius amount to 15.8, now duplicate this layer and place it at the other side of the mouse. Set the opacity of both these layers to 30%.

STEP-14 Again pick up the pen tool and draw a shape to decorate the mouse. Once you have drawn the shape duplicate it to the other side also.

STEP-15 Give some shades and shine to the mouse.

STEP-16 Press P to bring in the pen tool at the top of the menu bar select the option path. Once done, draw a path as you see below.

STEP-17 Take some hard brush with size of 10 pixels and hardness 100 %.

STEP-18 Once you have set the brush attributes, switch on to the pen tool again, right click on the path already drawn, and select the option stroke path. Stroke path window will appear in that select the option brush, and press ok.
